This is my newest Craigslist deal. We paid $30 for it. Jace loves it, but he has some major spring cleaning to do before it will be nice. Brent will power wash it once it gets warm and that should take care of the majority of it. The previous owners even threw in the 'bike' and a tonka truck. One heck of a deal for a little boy.Here is what the floor inside looks like. I think this house needs to be condemned until further notice. I am not sure what is all in there. I will be wearing gloves to clean that out.
