Easter Bunny

Jace went to visit the Easter Bunny this evening. We had talked about it for days and I thought he was all prepared, but when we got there he refused to sit on Bunny's lap. He would only sit beside him, without me, if he could have his candy. So I figured what would easter pics be without candy.
Enjoy!
High 5 Bunny!
All in all, I think they are good pics. I learned long ago, after working for a portrait studio that a smile isn't everything.
And I got tons of compliments on his outfit which made me feel really good. Of course he only had it on for the 10 minutes total. I changed him in the mall when we got there and as soon as pictures were over he changed back into his 'street' clothes. I am not taking any chances on getting the outfit dirty. I have a feeling it will get dirty on Easter anyway.

Help Desk Analyst

That is my new title. A few weeks ago I applied for the HDA position at my lawfirm. After 2 interviews and a last minute meeting today I was offered the position.

I am very excited about this move and I can't wait to get started. I am going to greatly miss all my ladies on 32, but they tell me 30 can be quite interesting. And I already work with a few of the ladies testing for them and other various things, so I think I am going to fit it very well in the IS department.

Once I officially take my new position I will be end user support the law firm. From what they tell me and from what I know, from actually having to call the Help Desk now and then, I will be handling mostly technical calls, helping people format documents, set up webinars, fix copy machines, and any other sort of thing that my coworkers call me about. It should be a very interesting and challenging job.

I will keep you all updated on how it goes. I am not sure how much down time I will have, but I won't forget about all of you.

I am once again a Fingo Head

Well my lymphocyte levels have finally reached at least .6 so I was able to go back on Fingolimod. I spent all of yesterday (8:30 - 3) at the MS Clinic so they could monitor me all day. My heart rate stayed within the required range so they let me go after the initial 8 hours.

So I don't have to go back again till May 7th. And that day is going to be a day of fun. But hopefully it will all be worth it.

Talk to you all later.

I have issues with toys

It seems Jace has a bit of an issue with living in one place for any amount of time as yesterday he bought another new house. I have to give him credit though in that this time his first mansion and his condo are gone so there is only one house in the back yard.

This is our yard. Not much room left for anything else. And technically he now has 5 slides, although one slide is turned over to make steps for the climber that is in the corner.

The house with the green roof was his original mansion. He has since sold it to cover the cost of his new mansion that comes with a deck and a slide.

And please excuse the mess in the back yard. Brent was power washing a bunch of stuff and when he does that, Jace feels the need to pull all of his toys out of the shed.

Happy St. Patrick's Day

I hope you are wearing green. If not then here is my virtual pinch.

I have no pictures to go with todays post because my little leprecaun was being stubborn and would not look at me and he put his arms over his shirt so I couldn't share the cuteness of it (It is green and says "Not Lucky, Just Cute" inside a white shamrock).

I think he is in the adolescent puberty stage where he has to defy everything I tell him. And slowly but surely the contents of his bed are making their way to my living room. It seems he carries out a new piece each morning and is nonchalantly making a bed out of my recliner. Sneakly little booger.

Hope you all have a great day, I am off to eat my green bagel and we are having fish and chips for dinner.

What a great weekend

It was 70 degrees on Saturday. We spent all day outside playing. We got the mansion put together and Jace loves it. He would not allow us to go inside. We had to bribe him to take a nap. But before beginning play time we had to run a few errands. He wanted to wear his cowboy boots so I broke out the wranglers and plaid shirt to make him a full cowboy. Isn't he just so cute?

Once we got home and changed clothes, he took turns alternating between playing on the swingset to wanting to ride in his wagon. So I got lots of exercise.

Here are a few pics of Jace letting his monkey genes shine through. He is climbing across the monkey bars on his swingset. He was able to crawl all the way across, turn around and crawl the whole way back. I had to tell him a few times that he was not allowed to stand up. Silly BOY!

I am going to call Children's Emergency Room and see if they will let me start prepaying on the foresee bills. As I am sure we will be seeing them again since my boy seems to have absolutely no fear what so ever.

And I wonder why I am gray at 28.
